PSYCHOLOGY AND LAW: LEAD LAB

In LEAD Lab, we use social and cognitive psychological methods and theory to explore aspects of decision making in our legal system. Under that umbrella, most of our work explores juror and jury decision making, eyewitness identification, and other antecedents or consequences of wrongful conviction. Our goal is to understand the social context and other factors that affect legal decision making and to develop science based policy that helps increase just outcomes in the legal system.
